Job Summary

We are seeking a creative and experienced Graphic Designer / Associate Art Director to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong design sense, excellent technical skills, and the ability to create impactful visuals across print and digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts, layouts, and designs for campaigns across print and digital platforms
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand project requirements and deliver high-quality creatives within timelines
• Create and adapt designs for branding, marketing collateral, social media, and client presentations
• Ensure consistency in design language and adherence to brand guidelines
• Stay updated with industry trends and introduce fresh creative ideas

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in graphic design / art direction
• Strong proficiency in CorelDRAW and Adobe InDesign
• Working knowledge of AI tools for design enhancement and productivity
• Good understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
• Strong project management skills with the ability to meet deadlines
