We are hiring US IT Recruiters for Hyderabad location
We are actively looking for Experienced US IT / Technical Recruiters (1–3 Years of Experience) to join LanceSoft, Inc. and be a part of our fast-growing US Staffing team. If you have a passion for recruitment and want to work with direct clients in the US market, this is a great opportunity to grow your career.
Shift: 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM (Night Shift)
Work Mode: Work from Office
Locations: Hyderabad
Key Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in Core US IT / Technical Recruitment
Strong understanding of IT technologies and terminologies
Hands-on experience with Boolean search techniques
Experience working with Direct Clients & W2 requirements
Familiarity with ATS tools and job boards
