Part-Time Research Scientist in EDI

Lambton College seeks a part-time Research Scientist focused on Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion, working 10 hours a week at $45.21 per hour. Collaborate on impactful research projects in social science and humanities.

This role reports to the Manager of the Centre for Community, Health, and Social Impact, leading studies on institutional EDI frameworks. Tasks include literature reviews, data analysis, and providing consultancy support to institutional partners. You'll ensure projects meet timelines and scopes while maintaining communication with partners throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead research projects and activities in EDI
• Conduct literature reviews and data analysis
• Maintain accurate reports on project developments
• Support project design and implementation
• Prepare presentations for research partners

Requirements

• Minimum 4-year degree in Social Sciences
• At least 5 years in applied research project management
• Experience in EDI management and mental health
• Strong collaboration skills with institutional partners
• Proven ability to meet project timelines
