Job description: 1 Inn Manager required as soon as possible. Job details Location: 10010 97 Hwy, Lake Country BC, V4V 1V7 Work location: On site Salary: 39.50 hourly / 35 to 40 hours per week Terms of employment: Permanent employment, Full time Vacancies: 1 vacancy Shifts: Early morning, Evening, Morning, Day, Weekend Starts as soon as possible Overview Languages: English Education: Other trades certificate or diploma Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years On site: Work must be completed at the physical location. There is no option to work remotely. Work setting: Hotel, motel, resort Supervision: 3-4 people Budgetary responsibility: $100,001 - $500,000 Responsibilities Tasks Develop and implement policies and procedures for daily operations Recruit and hire staff Supervise staff Conduct performance reviews Negotiate with suppliers for the provision of materials and supplies Negotiate with clients for the use of facilities Perform front desk duties Prepare marketing plans Implement marketing activities Enforce policies and procedures Address customers' complaints or concerns Assist clients/guests with special needs Establish work schedules Organize and maintain inventory Additional information Work conditions and physical capabilities: Attention to detail; Combination of sitting, standing, walking; Standing for extended periods Personal suitability, Client focus, Flexibility Who can apply for this job?
