We are looking for an enthusiastic, production manager/associate producer with experience in a live event production environment – live & hybrid conferences, live television, theater, entertainment.

Our top candidates will excel in production management, thrive in a supporting role under a lead producer on live event stage productions, build strong client relationships, and remain composed in high-pressure environments. This is a Washington, D.C. based, in-office position, and will run through the remainder of Summer and Fall.

This role includes:

• Developing production schedules for each project
• Updating to-dos/timelines with project management software
• Oversee asset collection and management for design projects
• Creating call sheets and onsite schedules for various projects
• Participating in regularly scheduled meetings with clients
• Taking the lead in Breakout Session management for select in-person events
• Be onsite as Stage Manager for select events
• Supporting producer on misc needs – sourcing music, managing closed-captioning, translation, researching vendors in nationwide event locations, etc
• Participating in RFP and proposal process
• Participating in creative discussions

Our ideal candidate:

· Has at least two (2) years experience, in a fast-paced production, entertainment and / or event environment

· Excels at professional client-interfacing

· Has excellent communication and problem-solving skills

· Has the ability to juggle multiple projects successfully while adhering to stressful situations and tight deadlines

· Will be able to work as an individual and in a collaborative team environment
