- Organize scheduling for Internal Council meetings
- Provide logistical support for meetings and events
- Take and finalize minutes of meetings
- Maintain an organized filing system for communications
- Screen incoming correspondence for COO follow-up Requirements:
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an executive assistant
- Post-secondary education in Office or Business Administration
- Familiarity with First Nation organizations
