Who We Are

Labtech Automotive is a diagnostic-focused shop working primarily on:

• German vehicles (BMW, Audi, Mercedes, VW)
• Modern platforms, we work on many post 2021 cars.
• ADAS systems (calibration, troubleshooting)
• EV and hybrid systems
• Complex electrical and drivability issues

We don’t guess.

We don’t throw parts.

We solve problems properly.

What This Role Actually Is

This is not a “lube tech to apprentice pipeline.”

This is for someone who wants to become:

a high-level diagnostic technician

From day one, you will be exposed to:

• Real diagnostic workflows
• Oscilloscope usage
• Wiring and network analysis
• System-level thinking
• OEM tools and software, we use what the dealers have, or we will buy it if we don't

You won’t spend your first year doing only oil changes and tire swaps

You will learn how modern cars actually work.

I built this shop because I wanted a place where:

• Diagnostics is done properly
• Skill is respected
• Learning is not optional

I’ve worked through the industry long enough to know:

Most shops don’t train — they just use you.

That’s not how I operate.

If you’re serious, I will teach you:

• How to think through problems
• How to diagnose instead of guess
• How to work efficiently without cutting corners

Not every shop can do this.

Most won’t even try.

What I’m Looking For

You don’t need experience, you don't need to bring your tools

You need

• motive power 2 year diploma, strong GPA score.

New grads are welcome.

In fact, this role is designed for someone early in their career who wants to build real skill.
