Job Description
As a Customer Marketing Senior Manager for the Early Development (ED) business within the biopharmaceutical audience segment at Labcorp, your role will involve developing and executing campaign plans to drive business objectives and reach the target audience effectively. You will be responsible for orchestrating the delivery of integrated marketing programs, managing the marketing budget, analyzing campaign performance data, and collaborating with various teams to ensure the success of campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, execute, and optimize campaign plans to meet business objectives and engage with the target audience
- Orchestrate the delivery of campaign plans in alignment with the overall marketing strategy
- Manage campaign and marketing plan calendar, prioritize tactics, and guide content strategy across all marketing channels
- Analyze campaign performance data, report on key performance indicators, and drive optimization for maximum effectiveness
- Collaborate with product management and marketing teams to understand business goals and strategies
- Lead recurring meetings with key stakeholders to ensure timely and on-target execution of campaigns
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Medical Affairs, Science, and operations to enable successful campaign delivery
- Apply journey-development strategies to deliver the right message to the right audience at the right time
Qualifications
- 12 years of marketing experience within the healthcare industry
- Bachelor's degree in science or engineering
- Experience in biopharmaceutical segment preferred
- Proficiency in marketing program strategy, planning, and implementation through multi-channel approaches
- In-depth knowledge of account-based marketing (ABM) and channel strategy
- Expertise in marketing automation, especially Eloqua, and CRM databases
- Strong communication, copywriting, and editing skills
- Highly organized with strong project management and data analysis skills
