You will utilize your 8-10 years of experience to monitor system performance and support complex technical issues. Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure stability of cloud environments and networks
• Troubleshoot complex IT problems collaboratively
• Document systems, configurations, and security protocols
• Monitor performance in partnership with external vendors
• Manage software and license updates

Requirements

• 8-10 years of network administration experience
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science required
• AZ-900 certification mandatory
• Knowledge of MPLS, LAN, WAN, and VPN
• Strong communication skills in English and French
