About the Role
- We’re looking for a driven, people-first sales professional to join LA Fitness.
- You’ll be the first point of contact for prospective members — connecting them to a community built around wellness and intentional living.

Compensation
- $17/hour base pay
- Commission on every membership sold
- Bi-Weekly units bonus tied to volume
What You’ll Do
- Conduct local outreach to area businesses and employers to drive corporate membership interest
- Follow up with leads and prospective members via phone, text, and email — guiding them from inquiry to enrollment
- Generate new leads through referrals, events, and community engagement
- Upsell existing members into class bundles and add-on services
- Manage your sales pipeline and report weekly performance to club leadership
- Represent LA Fitness at local events and B2B outreach opportunities
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting in-person outreach
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage a personal sales funnel independently
- Genuine passion for health and wellness
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
