Digital Marketing Specialist (Independent Contractor, Part-Time)

La Femme Marketing Agency is hiring a Part-Time Digital Marketing Specialist to join our growing team as an Independent Contractor. This role is ideal for someone early in their marketing career who wants real, hands-on experience across multiple areas of digital marketing, with guidance, structure, and room to grow.

This position is remote. Western time zones preferred.

Key Responsibilities

• Video and photo editing for social media platforms (Tiktok style)
• Graphic design using Canva (posts, stories, simple marketing assets)
• Scheduling and managing social media content
• Backend marketing tasks and organization
• Weekly check ins

You will not be expected to know everything. Training, systems, and guidance will be provided.

Required Skills (or willingness to learn)

• Canva
• Video and photo editing (CapCut, Adobe, or similar)
• Strong written communication
• Strong understanding of social media platforms
• Creativity

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

• Email marketing platform - Mailchimp
• WordPress experience
• Paid ads knowledge (Google Ads or Meta Ads)

Position Details

• Starting at 10 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow.
• Starting at $20 per hour
