Job Title: Assistant Store Manager (Apparel Retail)
Role Objective
Drive store sales, improve conversion, control operations, and support the Store Manager in achieving monthly targets while maintaining strong team discipline and customer experience.
Preferred Experience
- 2–5 years in apparel retail
- Minimum 1 year in Team Lead / Senior Sales role
- Experience in high footfall stores preferred
Educational Qualification
- Any degree (commerce or business preferred)
- Diploma in retail/fashion is an advantage
Pay: From ₹16,000.00 per month
