We are a dermatological beauty startup created by specialists in stem cell biology, aesthetic medicine and dermatology. We cater to consumer needs at the intersection of health and beauty. We are set to launch in May 2026.

Role Description

We are hiring for the role of Beauty E-commerce Manager in a full-time, on-site leadership position based in Mumbai. This role will be part of the founding operating team and will be among the first 5 hires in the company. The individual will lead e-commerce P&L, marketplace expansion, media and category building on marketplaces like Amazon, Nykaa, Blinkit.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead marketplace P&L across beauty marketplaces – Amazon, Nykaa, Blinkit and others
• Represent the brand across online channels in negotiations, brand building, category building, eventing, etc
• Build annual business plan and execute, to achieve revenue goals
• Drive consumer acquisition through media planning and deployment on marketplaces, sampling, bundling, etc.
• Drive everyday-great-execution with digital shelf enablement
• Establish measurement systems, reporting, and performance optimization by channel

Candidate Profile – MUST HAVE

• Atleast 3 years of experience in key account management or category management for/ at marketplaces like Amazon, Nykaa, Blinkit, for startups in beauty, personal care, health and wellness category
• Already located in Mumbai/ Thane/ Navi Mumbai

Candidate Profile (Skills)

• Strong understanding of business drivers and growth hacking measures on Amazon
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Ads
• Understanding of online business models and commercial structures
• Hands on experience with ecommerce forecast to fulfilment

Compensation & Benefits

15-25 lac annual compensation plus equity linked payouts
