Position Overview
We are on the lookout for a motivated Legal Intern who is eager to gain hands-on experience in the field of immigration law. This role involves a wide range of responsibilities from drafting legal documents to engaging directly with clients. Compensation

Key Responsibilities
- Document Preparation: Craft letters of recommendation, professional statements, business plans, and attorney petition briefs.
- Form Completion: Accurately fill out critical immigration forms, including but not limited to I-140, I-129, and I-485.
- Policy Research: Stay abreast of the latest immigration policies, compiling and synthesizing information for use in case strategies.
- Client Interaction: Engage in client intake processes, participate in client meetings, and contribute to attorney-led events, providing support and insight as needed.
Qualifications
- Communication: Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities.
- Language Skills: Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese strongly preferred; proficiency in other languages such as Turkish is also valued.
- Passion: A demonstrated interest in business immigration law.
- Time Management: Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Education: Currently pursuing a U.S. JD or an LLM degree.
- Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (CPT or OPT acceptable).
