Bookkeeper

L&H Business Consulting, LLC is a public accounting firm that delivers high-quality accounting, tax, audit and specialized services. We are currently seeking a bookkeeper to join our rapidly growing team. Since inception L&H has differentiated itself by providing innovative business consulting services as well as traditional accounting services.

Description

As a member of L&H’s team, you will:

Responsibilities include:

• Maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures
• Oversee the accounting operations of multiple organizations

Control the following accounting functions:

• Accounts Payable
• Accounts Receivable
• Payroll
• Bank Reconciliations
• Debt Payments
• Maintain Chart of Accounts
• Maintain orderly accounting filing system
• Maintain a system of controls over accounting transactions
• Issue Financial Statements Timely

Desired Skills and Experience

• BS/BA Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• At least 2 years of public accounting experience
• Proactive problem solver with analytical skills
• Self-motivated
• Excellent communication skills
