LG Home Comfort is a growing HVAC company committed to providing high-quality HVAC solutions to homeowners across Ontario. As part of our growth, we are expanding our Salesforce platform to streamline operations, improve sales processes, and enhance customer service.

We are seeking a Salesforce Developer who will work closely with our IT Manager and Business Development Manager to design and implement new apps and features within Salesforce that meet business needs.

Position Overview

The Salesforce Developer will be responsible for building and customizing Salesforce applications, developing workflows, and implementing automation to support business operations. This role requires strong technical expertise and the ability to collaborate with internal teams to determine requirements and build the solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and customize Salesforce applications based on company requirement.
• Build Apex classes, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce pages, and Flows.
• Configure and maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts, and validation rules.
• Create dashboards and reports to support business insights.
• Integrate Salesforce with other business applications and platforms as required.
• Test, troubleshoot, and deploy enhancements.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases and recommend improvements.
• Provide support and documentation for users as needed.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience with proven ability to build custom apps and scalable solutions
• Proficiency with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, and SOQL.
• Experience with Salesforce APIs and integration tools.
• Knowledge of declarative tools (Flows, Process Builder, Workflow Rules).
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II is an asset).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams.

Experience working with Five9 is considered an asset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
