Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the buying and selling process.
• Utilize strong communication skills to effectively negotiate deals and market properties.
• Stay informed about Fair Housing regulations and real estate laws to ensure compliance.
• Assist clients with property management and administrative tasks as needed.
• Develop marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and sellers.
• Maintain organized records and documentation related to transactions and client interactions.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Proven sales experience with a focus on negotiation
• Understanding of Fair Housing regulations
• Ability to market properties effectively
• Multilingual or capabilities are a plus
• Familiarity with real estate law and property management
• Organizational and administrative experience in real estate
• Willingness to obtain a Real Estate License through our support
