Key Responsibilities

Provide a wide range of hair services including cutting, styling, coloring, highlights, smoothing and treatments. 2. Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend suitable hairstyles and services. 3. Stay updated on current trends, techniques and products in the beauty industry. 4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, tools and salon environments. 5. Build and maintain robust client relationships to ensure repeat business. 6.Promote salon services and products to clients. 7.Handle appointments, manage time efficiently, and ensure timely service delivery. 8.Follow safety and sanitations standards as per salon guidelines. 9. Work collaboratively with team members to maintain a positive salon environment. 10.Manage client feedback professionally and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

\nRequired skills & Qualifications:\n1.Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Hair Stylist in a Qualified salon. 2.strong knowledge of hair cutting, coloring and chemical treatments. 3. Excellents communication and customer service skills. 4.Abilities to understand clients preference and provides expert advice. 5 Good time management and multitasking abilities. 6. Certification or diploma in cosmetology/hairdressing(Preferred).\n
