🔥 About the Role

We are looking for a highly experienced Nitrocellulose Plant Manager to lead operations at our Dahej unit. This is a critical leadership role requiring deep technical expertise, strong safety mindset, and proven experience in handling flammable and explosive materials.

🎯 What You’ll Do

✔ Lead end-to-end operations of the Nitrocellulose production unit

✔ Ensure process safety, statutory compliance & environmental standards

✔ Drive production efficiency, quality, and cost optimization

✔ Manage manpower, shift operations, and cross-functional coordination

✔ Handle incident investigations & implement CAPA

✔ Maintain SOPs, logs, and safety documentation

✔ Collaborate with Maintenance, EHS, Quality & Utilities teams

🧪 What We’re Looking For

🔹 B.E. / B Tech in Chemical Engineering

🔹 8+ years of hands-on experience in Nitrocellulose manufacturing (Mandatory)

🔹 Strong exposure to:

• Nitrocellulose plant operations
• Nitration process
• Solvent handling & utilities
• Statutory compliance

🔹 Proven experience in:

• Handling flammable & explosive materials
• Wet NC processing
• Drying & storage systems

⚠️ Note: Candidates without direct Nitrocellulose plant experience will not be considered.
