Job summary

As a Senior Network and System Administrator, you will be responsible for designing, deploying, administering and optimizing complete and secure IT infrastructures for our customers. Your role will be to ensure the stability, performance and evolution of network, server and cloud environments, while applying security and operational best practices.

You will be involved in a variety of projects, from infrastructure modernization to optimization of existing environments, as well as advanced technical support. This position requires a solid generalist profile in IT infrastructure, with a good grounding in networking and systems, as well as the ability to work in diverse technological contexts.

Main responsibilities:

Design, deploy and maintain integrated IT infrastructures (network, servers, virtualization, storage and cloud computing).

Manage and optimize network environments (LAN, WAN, VLAN, VPN).

Configure and manage network equipment, servers, storage solutions and virtualization platforms.

Deploy and maintain business continuity solutions (backup, disaster recovery, high availability).

Carry out technical audits, performance analyses and infrastructure diagnostics.

Document architectures, configurations, procedures and internal standards.

Help solve complex problems (level 3) in a customer environment.

Support level 1 and 2 teams when required.

Technical requirements :

College or university degree in engineering or information technology;

Any combination of training and experience deemed equivalent will be considered.

Experience in designing and deploying IT infrastructure architectures (hybrid on‑prem/cloud);

Experience in virtualization and converged infrastructures (VMware, Hyper‑V, or equivalent);

Experience with network equipment and firewalls;

IT security skills: access management, segmentation, backups, system hardening and best practices;

Knowledge of typical monitoring and diagnostic tools;

Ability to leverage the management features of the Microsoft 365 environment;

Ability to diagnose and solve complex IT infrastructure problems.

Skills

Ability to popularize technical concepts for non‑specialized audiences.

Ability to quickly diagnose complex situations and propose effective solutions.

Ability to act as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to management and customer teams.

Strong ability to identify, qualify and transform business opportunities into concrete solutions.

Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team and manage several projects simultaneously.

Ability to work under pressure.
