Senior Executive (Compensation, Benefits & Payroll)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced payroll professional to manage end-to-end payroll operations, compensation and benefits administration, and statutory compliance activities for GCC/MENA regions. The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors, payroll processing, and employee query management while ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with organizational policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage monthly payroll processing and attendance reconciliation with high accuracy.
• Handle payroll operations through SAP SuccessFactors and ensure timely payroll closure.
• Process incentives, variable pay, reimbursements, and payroll adjustments.
• Ensure compliance with WPS, statutory regulations, labor laws, and company policies.
• Prepare payroll reports, MIS dashboards, and audit-related documentation.
• Resolve employee payroll and benefits queries within defined timelines.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors for payroll inputs and validations.
• Support compensation and benefits activities including salary revisions, bonus processing, and final settlements.
• Maintain payroll records, employee master data, and confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Ensure timely submission of payroll-related reports and statutory filings.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors payroll operations.
• Strong understanding of payroll processing, statutory compliance, and WPS regulations.
• Experience handling GCC/MENA payroll processes will be preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel and payroll reporting.
• Good analytical, reconciliation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to work within strict timelines and maintain data accuracy.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 5+ years of relevant experience in payroll and compensation management.
• Exposure to offshore/shared services environment preferred.
• Experience handling high-volume payroll operations.
• Knowledge of labor laws and payroll compliance across GCC regions is an added advantage.
