About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and friendly Front Desk Receptionist to join our team at Krown Rust Protection Markham.

No prior experience? No problem! We are more interested in your attitude, work ethic, and willingness to learn. We provide full, hands-on training to ensure you are comfortable with our products and systems. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in the automotive service industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Greet customers, handle check-ins & out, and provide friendly service.
• Scheduling: Answer phone calls and manage the appointment calendar.
• Service Knowledge: Learn about Krown’s rust protection process to answer basic customer questions (Training provided).
• Payments: Process transactions using our POS system and manage basic paperwork.

Schedule & Hours

• Weekly Hours: Approximately 30 hours per week .
• Availability: Must be able to work a rotating shift schedule.
• Weekend Requirement: Saturdays are required.

Qualifications

• Willingness to Learn: A proactive "can-do" attitude is our #1 priority.
• Communication: Clear and professional English communication skills. (Ability to speak Cantonese or Mandarin is a welcome bonus).
• Reliability: Punctuality is essential, especially for opening/closing shifts.
• Basic Tech Skills: Comfortable using a computer for emails and data entry.
