Hotel Front Desk Agent (Hampton)

Overview

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience during their stay. Duties

• Greet guests with a warm and welcoming attitude
• Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Assist with reservations and manage room assignments
• Maintain accurate records of guest accounts and transactions
• Process payments and handle cash transactions
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or staff member
• Assist with night audit duties as required
• Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is preferred
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
• Proficient in using computer systems and software applications
• Bilingual language skills are a plus
• Knowledge of hotel operations and front desk procedures is an asset
• Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and professionalism
