Technology Program Manager - Data and Technology
Location: Toronto, 4 days a week in the office
We've partnered with one of Greater Toronto's Top Employers, recognized for 2026 and awarded Most Admired Corporate Culture (2025). Known for innovation and sustainability, this organization is seeking a Technology Program Manager to lead complex, enterprise-wide initiatives.
The Role
You will lead multiple, large-scale technology programs across a fast-paced, multi-speed environment, with a strong focus on data initiatives and data migration projects . Working closely with stakeholders across Digital, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Technology, you will drive delivery, alignment, and business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of complex programs, including data and migration initiatives, using Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid methodologies
- Align cross-functional teams, including development, QA, product, data, and architecture
- Manage timelines, risks, dependencies, and program financials
- Build strong stakeholder relationships and drive decision-making
- Identify gaps, remove obstacles, and improve delivery processes
What You Bring
- 10+ years delivering large-scale technology programs
- Experience leading data-focused initiatives, including data migration projects
- Familiarity with SQL, Snowflake, and Informatica
- Experience with multi-million-dollar B2C digital or technology programs
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence at senior levels
- Experience across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid environments
- Solid understanding of modern technology ecosystems, including cloud, SaaS, data platforms, and integrations
Nice to Have
- PMP certification preferred
- PgMP, ITIL, or Scrum certifications are assets
- Six Sigma is an Asset
