You will lead a team of network administrators, ensuring seamless connectivity and optimal performance across our offices in Hyderabad, Bangalore, Chennai, Pune, Mumbai, and Coimbatore. This role involves collaborating with various IT teams and stakeholders to implement network solutions, troubleshoot complex issues, and maintain a secure and reliable network environment. Your expertise will directly impact the efficiency and productivity of our employees and the overall success of our business operations.Key Responsibilities : - Lead and mentor a team of network administrators, providing guidance and support to ensure optimal performance and professional development.- Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure, including LAN/WAN, wireless, and data center environments, to meet the evolving needs of the organization.- Troubleshoot complex network issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime and ensure business continuity.- Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and VPNs, to protect sensitive data and prevent unauthorized access.- Manage and optimize SD-WAN solutions to improve network performance and reduce costs across multiple locations.- Configure and maintain network devices, including Cisco, Juniper, and Aruba routers and switches, ensuring optimal performance and security.- Monitor network performance and identify areas for improvement, proactively addressing potential issues before they impact users.- Develop and maintain network documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and procedures, to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.- Collaborate with other IT teams and stakeholders to implement new network technologies and solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.- Ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements, maintaining a secure and reliable network environment.Required Skillset : - Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.- Extensive knowledge of Cisco, Juniper, and Aruba network devices and technologies, with the ability to configure and maintain them effectively.- Deep understanding of network security principles and best practices, with the ability to implement and maintain security measures to protect sensitive data.- Demonstrated experience in managing and optimizing SD-WAN solutions to improve network performance and reduce costs.- Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, wireless, and data center networking concepts, with the ability to design and implement network solutions to meet business needs.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
