The Pro Team

The Pro team focuses on the backend services of our trading platform, including the matching engine, market data gateways, APIs, and other trading services. We thrive on collaboration across global sub-teams, utilizing Rust and Agile methodologies to deliver exceptional performance.

Your Role and Impact

• Channel your passion for crypto as you design and implement reliable Rust services and libraries.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Frontend Engineering teams to ensure smooth integration of features and improvements.
• Create reusable, testable, and efficient code.
• Contribute to the architecture of large-scale distributed systems.
• Work alongside talented Rust engineers, benefitting from a wealth of experience.

Qualifications We Value

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• Expertise in writing network services or asynchronous code in Rust.
• A strong focus on security during system design for maximum robustness.
• Aptitude for diagnosing issues throughout the stack (OS, network, application).
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with product teams to inform system design.
• End-to-end ownership of systems and libraries.
• A pragmatic, solution-oriented approach, with resilience in overcoming challenges.
• Adaptability to evolving technologies, applying innovative solutions in a dynamic environment.
• A receptive mindset, valuing constructive dialogue and diverse perspectives.
