Roles & responsibilities

The Opportunity

We are seeking a Manager-level professional to join our Tax Technology – Indirect Tax team. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong foundation in global indirect tax requirements and hands-on experience with SAP and external tax engines, who are looking to grow within a high-performing, global environment.

You will play a key role in designing, configuring, and delivering tax technology solutions while working closely with global tax, IT, and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Global Indirect Tax Expertise

Apply strong functional knowledge of global indirect taxes, including:

Value Added Tax (VAT)

US Sales & Use Tax

Goods and Services Tax (GST) and similar regimes

Translate complex tax requirements into functional and technical solutions across ERP and tax technology platforms.

Support tax compliance, reporting, and audit readiness through robust system design.

SAP & ERP Integration

Demonstrate working knowledge of SAP (ECC and/or S/4HANA) tax determination and reporting frameworks.

Support and lead SAP tax configuration and integration with external tax determination engines.

Collaborate with SAP functional consultants, developers, and architects to ensure accurate and scalable tax processing.

Educational qualifications

• CA/ ICWA/ B Tech / MCA / MBA

Work experience

• 5-10 years of SAP and Tax technology experienceExperience Level
