Konversa Global is hiring for a Digital Marketing & Growth Manager

We’re looking for a smart, creative, and data-driven marketer to lead Konversa’s digital presence across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube, and beyond.

You’ll build campaigns, optimise funnels, and shape the voice of a fast-growing global education brand.

What you’ll do:

• Develop and execute 360° marketing strategies to drive leads & enrollments
• Run & optimise Meta, Google & LinkedIn Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
• Plan monthly content calendars + social media growth (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Manage SEO, website updates, & conversion-focused landing pages
• Run email & retargeting campaigns to nurture leads
• Track analytics (CTR, CPL, ROAS) and deliver insights that drive growth
• Build influencer, brand, and institutional partnerships

Who you are

• 2–5 years of experience in digital / performance marketing
• Strong with copywriting, content, & analytics
• Skilled in Canva, Meta Suite, Google Ads, and SEO tools
• Creative, accountable, and obsessed with results
