The Role

We’re looking for a proactive Onboarding Manager to lead and complete the onboarding process for new clients, specially in the area of payroll services. You’ll be the key link between our clients, our internal team, and our payroll partner (ADP), ensuring onboarding is completed smoothly, accurately, and on time.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate with clients and ADP to manage onboarding from start to finish
• Track progress and resolve delays to speed up onboarding timelines
• Guide clients through required documentation and due diligence steps
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients and internal teams

What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years of experience in payroll back‑office operations (ADP preferred; other providers welcome)
• Familiarity with payroll processes and onboarding documentation
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work onsite at our Hyderabad office
