Job Description
- We’re looking for an Associate Manager, Integrated Marketing to join our team for a role to work remotely based in Canada
- Reporting to the Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing, you’ll be part of a team responsible for the entire marketing funnel at KOHO
- From driving awareness of the brand, to adoption of products, this role enables the planning and delivery of best-in-class campaigns while supporting community events and organic social initiatives
- You’ll work cross-functionally with Product, Creative, and Growth to bring cohesive marketing programs to life, from brief through to performance readout
- Campaign Development & Execution
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans for brand campaigns, seasonal moments, and always-on initiatives
- Build and execute GTM plans for new features and products driving maximum awareness
- Translate strategy into channel-level briefs across paid, owned, and earned touchpoints
- Manage campaign timelines, creative reviews, and approvals to keep launches on track
- Track campaign performance against KPIs and surface insights that inform future planning
- Organic Social Support
- Contribute to content ideation and calendar planning, connecting brand and product storytelling to what resonates on social
- Help identify trending moments and cultural opportunities that KOHO can authentically participate in
- Respond directly within social channels, such as and connect to user success when applicable
- Community Events
- Plan and execute community events (virtual and in-person) that build brand affinity and generate content
- Manage event logistics, vendor coordination, promotion plans, budgets, and post-event recaps
- Enable community-led feedback for product teams
