In this role, you will deliver excellent customer service in point of sale and customer services processes while focusing on consistent execution and operational efficiency. You will deliver speed of service transactions while creating a compelling customer experience.

What You'll Do as Part Time Retail Associate:

• Welcome customers with a friendly approach and assist them in exploring available products and services. Utilize a cash register, scan items, package goods, and handle diverse payment methods appropriately
• Efficiently uphold company standards for point-of-sale procedures and customer service, ensuring that interactions are conducted in a friendly, prompt, and efficient manner
• Reach or go beyond personal performance goals such as credit and customer commitment
• Uphold inventory integrity through accurate completion of all mandatory point of sale and merchandise disposition practices
• Support the development of new hires within the service team by instructing them on the training process's best practices, coaching them on the proper point of sale procedures, and showcasing how to effectively use available tools and resources while meeting Kohl's brand standards
• Take part in the daily service functions by completing tasks like balancing registers, reconciling cash transactions, and replenishing supplies as needed

Required Skills and Experience of Part Time Retail Associate:

• Exhibiting strong customer service skills and a knack for multitasking while maintaining a high level of precision in tasks
• Flourishing in a professional setting demands proficient verbal and written communication skills, as well as effective interpersonal talents
• Not required to have past retail involvement
• Must be 16 years of age or older
• Comprehensive availability, incorporating days, nights, weekends, and holidays
