Role Description

The Senior Data Analyst role at Koderz Technology is a full-time, on-site position based in Nagpur. This role is responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing large datasets from multiple sources to support strategic and operational decision-making.

Analyst will build and maintain data models, create dashboards and reports, and perform exploratory and predictive analyses to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities. The role includes partnering with product, engineering, marketing, and operations teams to define metrics, translate business questions into analytical problems, and present actionable insights in a clear and compelling way.

Analyst will also help establish best practices for data quality, documentation, and governance, and may mentor junior analysts on tools, methods, and domain knowledge.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills and proven experience in Data Analytics to interpret complex datasets and generate business insights.
• Solid foundation in Statistics, including hypothesis testing, regression, and experiment design, to support data-driven recommendations.
• Experience in Data Modeling and working with relational databases and/or data warehouses to structure and optimize data for analysis.
• Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and create clear visualizations and reports.
• Proficiency in SQL and at least one analytics-focused language or tool (e.g., Python, R, Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a quantitative field such as Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related discipline.
• Experience working with SaaS, CRM, ERP, or digital product data is highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
