Job Description
Carelynest RX is a growing telehealth company focused on improving access to healthcare through modern technology. Our platform connects patients with licensed healthcare providers and enables convenient digital healthcare services.
We are expanding our technology team and are looking for a highly capable Senior Full Stack Developer to work directly with the company team and owners to help build and scale our platform. This position is based in our Downtown Vancouver office and requires working onsite with our team.
Position Overview:
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Full Stack Developer who is an A player and thrives in a fast paced environment. The ideal candidate takes ownership of projects, solves complex technical problems, and builds scalable systems. You will work closely with leadership to design, develop, and improve our platform as the company continues to grow.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain front end and back end components of our platform
Develop and maintain scalable APIs and backend services
Build patient facing interfaces and internal dashboards
Translate business requirements into technical solutions
Maintain system performance, reliability, and security
Integrate third party systems such as payments, messaging, and healthcare platforms
Manage deployments and cloud infrastructure
Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
Continuously improve code quality and system architecture
Requirements
5+ years experience as a Full Stack Developer or Software Engineer
Strong experience with modern frontend frameworks such as React or similar
Backend development experience with Node.js, Python, or similar technologies
Experience building REST APIs
Experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL
Experience working with cloud infrastructure such as AWS
Strong problem solving skills and ability to work independently
Must be able to work onsite in Downtown Vancouver
Preferred Experience:
Experience working in startup or fast growing companies
Experience building secure systems handling sensitive user data
Healthcare or telehealth industry experience is a plus
