Job Description

  • Job Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for generating leads through Calling.
  • Research, identify key students and generate interest in our online courses & services.
  • Contact potential students via phone to establish report & convert leads into enrolment.
  • Market the appropriate designated courses to all the leads generated through marketing efforts and any other sources of lead generation.
  • Connect and follow up (by phone, email or in person) with all the existing and prospective customers informing them about the courses and closing the deals.
  • Providing counselling and career advice to the prospective students on course selection.
  • Providing academic advice to old students on the program on study.
  • Responding to the various inquiries received regarding courses available
  • Tackle the different academic challenges and guide the students to reach their academic goals.

Skills/Competencies:

  • Must have good oral and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with individuals/group of people
  • Must be able to interact professionally with broad spectrum of individuals from diverse background
  • Highly self-motivated and should be open to explore new ideas to implement lead generation and meet desired objectives
  • Should have an eye for detailing and should be result oriented
