IT Team Lead (Product Development)

We are an International company with operations based in the UAE and Canada, looking for an experienced and dynamic IT Team Lead to drive product development initiatives and lead a high-performing technical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong technical expert with leadership capabilities in a global work environment.

Experience Required:

• 10+ years of hands-on IT development experience
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Team Lead
• Strong technical and team management expertise

Compensation: ₹15 – ₹20 LPA (Based on experience and skill set)

Work Mode: Work from Home, Candidates based in India (Offshore – Hybrid flexibility if required)

Notice Period: Immediate to 1 month preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the development team
• Drive end-to-end product development lifecycle
• Hands-on involvement in coding and architecture
• Design scalable backend and middleware systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Ensure code quality, best practices, and timely delivery
• Participate in technical planning and solution design

Required Skill Set:

• Strong hands-on experience in .NET
• Experience with React (Frontend Development)
• Strong backend development expertise
• SQL and database management
• Middleware architecture knowledge
• Experience in Microservices / Monolithic architecture
• Knowledge of Draft Arena, Flexi, and Texta platforms (if applicable to your product environment) Familiarity with AI tools and productivity platforms (e.g., ChatGPT)
• Strong problem-solving and leadership skills

AI & Technology Expectations Candidates should be proficient in using AI tools for development and testing, including:

· Claude AI – Developed by Anthropic

· Cursor AI – AI-powered code editor

· GitHub Copilot – Developed by GitHub in collaboration with OpenAI

· Practical experience integrating AI-powered tools into development workflows

· Familiarity with Generative AI concepts and API integrations

· Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) for code optimization, debugging, documentation, and productivity enhancement

· Understanding of AI-driven automation and intelligent product features

Preferred Qualities:

• Experience in product-based company
• Ability to manage offshore teams
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
