Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic professional to develop AI curriculum for students of Classes 6–12 and deliver impactful training sessions, workshops, and orientations in schools. The candidate should have prior teaching and curriculum development experience, with the ability to make AI concepts engaging and easy to understand for school learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop structured AI curriculum, lesson plans, activities, projects, assessments, and teaching resources.
• Create student-friendly content covering Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Robotics, Data Science basics, and emerging technologies as per CBSE guidelines.
• Develop presentations, worksheets, teacher manuals, assignments, quizzes, and experiential learning modules.
• Conduct teacher trainings, student workshops, school orientations, webinars, and demonstration sessions on AI.
• Visit schools for implementation support, curriculum rollout, academic reviews, and stakeholder engagement.
• Train school teachers on effective delivery of AI curriculum and classroom integration.
• Upload, manage, and update course content on LMS platforms.
• Ensure curriculum aligns with NEP guidelines, school boards, and future-ready learning standards.
• Track feedback from schools and continuously enhance course content and delivery methods.
• Coordinate with internal academic, sales, and operations teams for smooth execution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, AI, Education, or related field.
• Prior teaching experience.
• Experience in curriculum development for school education segment.
• Strong understanding of AI concepts and ability to simplify them for school students.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
• Hands-on experience working on LMS platforms.
• Willingness to travel to schools for workshops and orientations.

Preferred Qualifications

• AI course certification will be an added advantage.
• Experience in coding tools/platforms such as Python, Scratch, MIT App Inventor, etc.
• Knowledge of EdTech tools and digital learning methodologies.
