Job Title: Resort ManagerJob Summary:
The Resort Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the resort, ensuring excellent guest service, smooth functioning of departments, and overall profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day resort operations
Ensure high standards of guest service and satisfaction
Supervise staff across departments (front office, housekeeping, maintenance, F&B;)
Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly
Monitor bookings, occupancy, and revenue performance
Maintain cleanliness, safety, and quality standards
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers
Prepare reports on operations and financial performance
Requirements
Minimum qualification: Plus Two / Diploma / Degree (Hospitality preferred)
Experience in hotel/resort management preferred
Robust leadership and communication skills
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office / PMS systems)
Ability to handle pressure and multitask

Team management ability
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
