Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced RIM Configuration Engineer with strong expertise in Veeva Vault RIM configurations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in configuring and supporting Veeva Vault RIM, specifically in the Submissions and Registrations modules. The candidate must be capable of independently handling configuration activities, managing environment deployments, supporting Veeva releases, handling data management activities, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

· Independently handle end-to-end configuration activities in Veeva Vault RIM.

· Configure and support Veeva Vault RIM modules, with mandatory experience in:

1. Submissions

2. Registrations

· Analyze business requirements and translate them into system configurations.

· Configure workflows, lifecycles, security settings, objects, fields, page layouts, document types, and metadata within the Veeva Vault platform.

· Perform configuration migration and deployment activities across environments (Sandbox, UAT, Production).

· Handle configuration porting and environment management activities using deployment best practices.

· Perform Veeva Vault release impact assessments and analyze the impact of new releases on existing configurations and business processes.

· Coordinate release validation, regression testing, and remediation activities related to Veeva platform releases.

· Perform data management and bulk data activities using Veeva Vault Loaders and related tools.

· Support data migration, metadata updates, bulk document updates, and object record management activities.

· Support system enhancements, releases, and change management activities.

· Collaborate with business stakeholders, QA, validation, and technical teams.

· Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment activities.

· Ensure compliance with GxP, validation, and regulatory requirements.

· Support validation documentation and compliance-related activities.

· Troubleshoot configuration issues and provide timely resolutions.

· Maintain system documentation, deployment records, and configuration specifications.

• 5–7 years of Veeva Vault RIM Configuration
• RIM Submissions & Registrations

• Veeva Vault Platform Certification (Mandatory)
