Job Description
MX Logistics is hiring a Business Development Manager – Freight & Logistics to drive new customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role owns the full B2B sales cycle and is focused on freight transportation and logistics business development. The position is based on-site in Piscataway, NJ.
The base salary range for this role is $70,000–$100,000 plus uncapped commission potential.

Key Responsibilities
- Prospect, qualify, and close new freight transportation business
- Build and manage a consistent sales pipeline
- Conduct discovery and present tailored freight solutions
- Meet or exceed revenue targets and track activity in CRM
- Partner with operations to ensure successful onboarding and service delivery
- Meet locally and regionally with customers as needed
Qualifications
- 3 years of B2B freight or logistics transportation sales experience
- Proven prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills
- Understanding of freight transportation and customer decision drivers
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft 365
