Job Summary

We are looking for a SharePoint Admin & Website Analytics Specialist with 2 to 3 years of experience in SharePoint administration and website analytics. Use Generative AI, LLMs, Machine Learning, and analytics tools to improve functionality, automate content workflows, and provide data-driven insights. Work closely with teams across US and USI, including marketing, communications, technology, and learning.

Key Responsibilities

1. Website & Content Management

• Maintain websites with consistent branding and navigation.
• Update content and manage publishing workflows.
• Collaborate with marketing for campaigns and engagement.
• Improve user experience using AI tools for content personalization and automation.

2. Analytics & Dashboards

• Monitor website performance with Adobe Analytics / Google Analytics/ Power BI / Tableau.
• Build interactive dashboards and reports for stakeholders.
• Analyze data to recommend improvements and track KPIs.

3. SharePoint Management

• Manage SharePoint sites, libraries, and content.
• Maintain permissions, accessibility, and site performance.

4. AI & Digital Innovation

• Explore AI tools to automate tasks and personalize content.
• Apply prompt engineering and support AI-driven website features.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• Robust problem-solving, technical troubleshooting, and collaboration skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Technical Skills

• 2 to 3 years working with AI/LLMs/ML for digital or website tasks.
• Experience with Adobe Analytics / Google Analytics and Power BI/Tableau.
• Hands-on SharePoint management and content workflows.
• Dashboard creation and data reporting.
• Knowledge of prompt engineering and GenAI integration.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with digital learning platforms or corporate training.
• Familiarity with CMS and web publishing.
• Understanding of UX and website optimization.
• Interest in AI-driven digital transformation.
