About the Role

Kinghome Canada is seeking a detail-oriented Bilingual Marketing Specialist (English/French) to support marketing communications, content development, and brand initiatives across our B2B channels. This role is ideal for a marketing professional who enjoys working with technical products and collaborating cross-functionally with sales, technical, and operations teams.

You will be involved in creating marketing content, coordinating campaigns, supporting product launches, and maintaining digital assets that promote energy-efficient HVAC solutions designed for the Canadian market.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Content & Communications

Create and edit professional marketing materials including:

• Email campaigns (e-blasts)
• Social media content: LinkedIn and Instagram
• Website content
• Product brochures, catalogs, presentations, and sell sheets
• Support bilingual communications (English & French) ensuring accuracy and consistency in brand messaging
• Create marketing copy for professional B2B audience
• Develop messaging that communicates technical product features in a clear and compelling way

Product Marketing Support

• Assist with product materials for HVAC equipment
• Coordinate with technical team to gather specifications, product data, and performance highlights
• Translate technical features into customer-friendly marketing language
• Maintain marketing materials aligned with product updates and regulatory requirements

Digital Marketing & Email Marketing

• Update website content including product pages, technical downloads, and marketing assets
• Support SEO optimization for product pages and technical content
• Maintain organized marketing content libraries and shared resources
• Assist with marketing automation and CRM/email marketing tools

Event & Campaign Coordination

• Support planning and execution of trade shows, product launch events, and partner marketing initiatives
• Coordinate promotional materials including banners, roll-ups, brochures, and giveaways
• Coordinate with internal teams and external speakers to organize webinar content and promotional communications.
• Assist with campaign tracking and reporting

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with sales, technical support, and operations teams to align marketing messaging with product capabilities and market needs
• Coordinate with external partners, agencies, and vendors when required

Qualifications

Required

• Undergraduate degree (Bachelor’s degree) in: Marketing, Communications, Design, Public Relations or related field
• Professional proficiency in both English and French (written and verbal)
• Minimum 2+ years of marketing experience
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
• Experience using photo and video editing software, including Adobe Acrobat, Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, and CapCut.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Preferred

• Experience in B2B marketing
• Experience in technical marketing, manufacturing, or HVAC industry
• Familiarity with CMS platforms (WordPress preferred)
• Experience creating marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, product sheets)
• Experience supporting trade shows or industry events
