Job Description
King Heights Academy is a growing private school located in Thornhill, Ontario. We are seeking a creative, strategic, and self-motivated Digital Marketing & Content Specialist to lead our digital marketing initiatives, strengthen brand awareness, and support student recruitment efforts. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of working independently while managing multiple projects and deadlines. They will bring strong marketing, content creation, and design skills, along with a proactive approach to delivering high-quality marketing campaigns and communications.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies and campaigns.
- Create engaging content, graphics, advertisements, brochures, and promotional materials using Canva and other design tools.
- Produce and edit short-form videos, reels, and social media content.
- Manage and grow social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
- Plan and optimize Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google advertising campaigns.
- Maintain website content, SEO, and Google Business Profile.
- Monitor analytics, campaign performance, and audience engagement, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing channels.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience.
- Strong graphic design skills.
- Experience managing professional social media accounts.
- Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO, and website management.
- Experience creating video content and reels.
- Strong communication, copy-writing, organizational, and project management skills.
Preferred
- Experience in education or private school environments.
- Photography/videography skills.
- Experience with WordPress, email marketing, and marketing automation tools.
