What You’ll Do

• Engage with customers face-to-face in a retail setting, introducing them to current promotions and services
• Provide a positive and memorable customer experience through personalized interactions
• Represent nationally recognized brands through in-store marketing campaigns
• Build relationships with customers and act as a reliable point of contact
• Work toward daily and weekly sales goals, contributing to team success

What We’re Looking For

• Experience: 0–1 year in sales, customer service, or marketing is a plus—but not required
• Communication Skills: Confident, friendly, and comfortable in face-to-face interactions
• Mindset: Coachable, motivated, and eager to grow in a performance-driven environment
