Ppc Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager Production Planning & Control (PPC) to join our Electric Vehicle (EV) manufacturing team. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end production planning, material management, capacity forecasting, inventory control, and coordination with cross-functional departments to ensure smooth manufacturing operations and timely production targets.

The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to automotive or EV manufacturing environments with expertise in SAP, MRP, inventory planning, and assembly line coordination.

Role & responsibilities

Production Planning & Scheduling

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production plans based on customer demand and sales forecasts.
• Ensure optimum utilization of assembly lines, manpower, and resources.
• Monitor production schedules and ensure timely execution.

Material Planning & Inventory Management

• Coordinate with procurement and stores teams for timely availability of raw materials and components.
• Maintain optimum inventory levels to avoid shortages and excess stock.
• Monitor slow-moving and non-moving inventory.

Capacity Planning

• Perform production capacity analysis and forecasting for future production requirements.
• Support new product launches and production ramp-ups.
