Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Data Analyst who is passionate about working with data and generating meaningful insights. The ideal candidate should have a logical mindset, good analytical skills, and the ability to interpret data to support business decisions.

Freshers with strong analytical abilities and basic knowledge of data tools are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and visual presentations
• Interpret trends and patterns to support business decisions
• Work with teams to understand reporting requirements
• Assist in maintaining databases and data accuracy
• Generate periodic MIS and performance reports
• Support automation and process improvement initiatives
• Ensure data confidentiality and integrity

Required Skills

• Basic understanding of data analysis concepts
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
• Familiarity with SQL is preferred
• Basic understanding of Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is an advantage
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Commerce, Economics, or related field
• Certifications in Data Analytics or Business Intelligence are a plus
