Job Description
- Extremely Strong and Competent Patent Drafting/Preparation Professional with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in drafting Patent Specifications in Core Software/Electronics/Mechanical Domains along with undertaking hearings at the Indian Patent Office.
- Technical understanding of subject matter and depth to which the candidate goes for elaborating the invention in the specification is the key evaluation parameter. The Candidate should be from a premium technical Institute with extremely strong academic background.
- While it would be preferred if the Candidate is comfortable working out of our Gr. Noida Office, colleagues expecting Delhi/Bangalore/Chennai/Mumbai/Hyderabad Office Locations of K&K can also feel free to reply. Serious and Matured Candidates preferring to work from home may also apply.
- Candidate should have a strong understanding of Patent Act, and should be technically very sound with intent of going into complete detail of the invention. Registered Patent Agents/Attorneys would be preferred.
- Should have clarity in verbal communications so as to efficiently discuss with clients, and manage client projects, mandates, business development mandates, and client relationships.
- Should be a strong team player as well as a positive individual contributor.
- Should be willing to take additional responsibilities pertaining to trainings, speaking opportunities, client communications, overseeing the docketing team to ensure smooth client intimations, among others.
