Product Designer (UX/UI) 💰 Salary: $123,000 - 163,000 per year

📝 Rquirements:

• Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or a related field
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in UX and UI design, supported by a strong portfolio
• Proficient in user research methodologies, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing
• Experience with Design Systems
• Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies
• In-depth knowledge of user-centered design principles and best practices
• Strong verbal and written communication skills for effectively presenting design decisions
• Detail-oriented with a keen eye for aesthetics and visual consistency
• Proficient in design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, or similar (Figma preferred)
• Capable of creating high-quality wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs
• Ability to work autonomously, prioritize deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are:

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that vividly express the functionality and appearance of the product
• Organize and conduct usability testing to gather insights for refining design iterations
• Create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces to enhance user experiences
• Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and established design systems
• Create and oversee design assets, including icons, buttons, and other UI components
• Collaborate closely with developers to ensure fidelity of design implementation
• Simplify complex concepts into user-friendly experiences
• Engage with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to synchronize design solutions with business and technical requirements
• Participate in design reviews and provide valuable feedback to colleagues
• Promote user-centered design practices within the team and organization
• Continuously stay informed about emerging design trends, tools, and technologies
• Seek opportunities for enhancing design processes and efficiency
