Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vadodara for a Restaurant Server. The Restaurant Server will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer experiences by taking food and beverage orders, serving meals, addressing guest inquiries, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area. Collaboration with kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth operations and a high level of customer satisfaction will be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Food Service and Food & Beverage operations
• Strong Customer Service and Communication skills
• Basic knowledge or experience in Food Preparation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Prior experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; a hospitality certification is a plus
• Professional and friendly demeanor, with a focus on teamwork and guest satisfaction
