Job Description – FCC Technical Analyst (India)

In this role, you will collaborate closely with our Asia Technical Excellence colleagues to support catalyst sales opportunities, translating your technical proficiency into impactful evaluation and suggestions that influence customers' view and decisions. This position offers regional exposure, with travel requirements of up to 10% within Asia .

Engage with Asia TE and customers to understand the customers' needs and pains and help improve the unit operation and profitability with Ketjen FCC solutions.

Provide technical services such as FCC unit start-up support, ongoing monitoring, and troubleshooting of operational issues.

Conduct in-depth technical and economic studies to help customers optimize their FCC operations and improve unit profitability.

Required Experience & Education

Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or a closely related field.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in FCC operations, FCC catalyst business, or FCC licensing.

Strong command of English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are an asset.

A balanced combination of technical depth and commercial awareness, enabling strong customer engagement and advocacy.

Experience in FCC simulation tools such as KBC FCC-SIM
