Chartered Financial Analyst

Job Summary

We are seeking a qualified and motivated Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) with 2–3 years of experience to join our finance team. The candidate will be responsible for financial analysis, forecasting, investment evaluation, MIS reporting, and supporting strategic financial initiatives across group companies.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
• Prepare monthly MIS reports, financial models, and business performance reports.
• Analyze investment opportunities, business risks, and profitability.
• Assist in strategic planning and financial decision-making.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance indicators.
• Support audits, compliance, and statutory financial requirements.
• Prepare presentations and reports for management and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with internal departments for financial data and reporting.
• Evaluate market trends, competitor analysis, and industry insights.
• Ensure accuracy and timely completion of financial reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• CFA qualification (Level II/III preferred) or equivalent financial certification.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, or related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in financial analysis, corporate finance, investment analysis, or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling, valuation, and forecasting.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience working in diversified business groups or corporate finance teams.
• Understanding of investment planning and business strategy.
• Knowledge of taxation, compliance, and financial regulations is an added advantage.
• Strong business acumen and decision-making capability.
